Get Pinged helps local service businesses publish a one-page profile and receive lead notifications. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect the account email, business name, slug, links, logo, and owner phone number needed to publish and run a Get Pinged page. When a visitor submits the lead form, we collect the visitor's name, phone number, message, and submission time.
How we use it
We use this information to host the business page, process billing, store leads, and notify the business owner when a new lead comes in. Notifications may be sent by email and, when enabled, by SMS.
SMS and email notifications
Business owners who enter a phone number in their account can receive transactional SMS alerts about new leads. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Lead notifications may also be sent to the owner's account email. We do not use these channels for unrelated marketing campaigns.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS delivery, and Vercel for hosting.
