Clear terms for using Get Pinged.
These terms govern access to Get Pinged, a hosted page and lead notification service for local service businesses.
Service
Get Pinged provides a hosted business page, lead capture form, and notification delivery by email and, when available, SMS. We may update or improve the service over time, but we are not obligated to maintain every feature indefinitely.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, your business content, and the phone number and email address used for notifications. You may only use phone numbers and contact details that you control or are authorized to use.
Payments
Get Pinged is offered on a monthly subscription. Access to public page visibility may depend on an active paid subscription. Fees are billed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's payment terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Get Pinged for spam, unlawful activity, deceptive practices, or content that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or create legal or operational risk.
Notifications and delivery
We attempt to deliver lead notifications promptly, but delivery depends on third-party providers and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free email or SMS delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Pinged is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, customers, or data arising from your use of the service.
